Unique Identification Data Collection, owned by a person aka subscriber, is obtained by the Jakursmu mobile marketing system on a volunteer, opt-in understanding, which is gathered in various methods.
- Jakursmu – Constant Messaging users may gather unique identification data such as: first and last name, screen name, address, phone number, email address or any custom unique identification data when a subscriber volunteers this information to the Jakursmu system. Once a new subscriber voluntarily enters the Jakursmu system, verification will be sent to the email, mobile phone or instant message screen name that has been submitted. A new subscriber must confirm or verify their subscriber information to begin receiving any offers.
- Jakursmu – Constant Messaging users may gather mobile numbers when a mobile phone user texts a Jakursmu keyword to a Jakursmu short code. Variations in mobile phone service providers allow full to partial text features that can effect data collection. Many mobile phone service providers apply data rates, check your provider for details
- Jakursmu – Constant Messaging users may have gathered subscribes unique permission based information by means other than the Jakursmu Constant Messaging system, where the subscriber has given consent to receive offers from the user.
How to Unsubscribe from Jakursmu
Jakursmu – Constant Messaging subscribers have the ability to unsubscribe or change their personal subscription settings at any time.
To activate a Unsubscribe
- Email: Click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link located at the bottom of each email.
- Mobile Text: Text STOP to the short code that you do not wish to receive messages from. Various mobile service providers apply data rates, check your provider for details.
- Instant Messaging: Click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link located at the bottom of each instant message.
- Voice Messaging: Follow the voice instruction/prompt when you receive a voice message, asking you to press 7 to unsubscribe from voice messages.
IMPORTANT: The Jakursmu – Constant Messaging service is not directed to those under 18. Although Jakursmu may gather unique identification data from ANY age, Jakursmu has no control of the honest submission from a opt-in subscriber. Any subscriber that is confirmed to be under 18 by Jakursmu, will be terminated from the subscribers list.
